Shipping cut-off before we close for the Holidays will be Friday 19 December.
Our warehouse will be reopening on 5th January.
No orders will be dispatched during this period from Dec 20 - Jan 4. Orders received over the closure will be processed once we reopen. Please note:
- It may take up to 10 business days to dispatch orders after reopening.

- Interstate Deliveries: Thursday 18 December
*Excludes items sent to or from Perth, Darwin, and Hobart. Orders to or from these locations (Parcel Post or Express Post) must be lodged by 12 December to arrive before Christmas.

Recently, the U.S. Government introduced new tariffs on imported goods and suspended the de minimis threshold. This previously allowed shipments under $800 to enter the U.S. without duties or taxes.
These changes have significantly increased the cost of bringing our products to you. Despite our best efforts to absorb these rising costs, it has become unavoidable for us to adjust our prices.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have made an incorrect purchase, that’s okay – you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below.
Only items purchased on the Urban Skincare Co. website can be returned to urbanskincareco.com for refund or exchange. If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it, or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
We can’t exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items. If you have received an incorrect order please contact us at info@urbanskincareco.com as soon as you can with your order number and details of the incorrect or damaged product.
